Large Cast Steel Bracket G250
This large bracket
was produced by our Dandong Foundry, its material is G250 mild
steel, equal to BS3100 A2
carbon steel. We produced it by sand
casting process. Its weight is about 500kg per piece.
This is just a rough
casting, our client will machine them by themselves. Mild
steel is perfect for the use on tugboats and ships. This material
has less carbon and other alloys, so it has better ductility and
toughness, and very good welding performance. It is not easy to
cause cracks during welding process.
Our foundry has produced this material for our clients for many
years, and our steel castings
are working very well for our customers. In the past three years,
there is no any steel castings with defects.
