The resin bonded sand molding line was supplied by Qingdao Wuyang Casting Machine Company, its capacity of mulling is 30 tons per hour, and it adopts the combination of centralized control with on-site control. In addition, it sets secondary magnetic separation, secondary sifting, and twice dust removal device, which can ensure the inspection of sand mulling and the work environment of civilized production.

With the producing capacity of 30  tons per hour, resin sand molding line is an advanced resins self hardening casting method. It applies to the medium and large sized production of unit, small quantity and multi-varieties. It improves cleanliness of surface, dimensional precision of the casting parts and inspection.

In our iron foundry, we mainly use this line to produce grey iron and ductile iron castings.
