Material properties of GB 9439 HT150 Gray Cast Iron:
For ferritic plus pearlitic gray iron. Its casting performance is good, the process is simple, the casting stress is small, does not need the artificial aging treatment, has certain mechanical strength and good vibration reduction performance.
Applications of GB 9439 HT150 Gray Cast Iron:
Used for electric housing, water pump housing, machine bases, etc. It is employed to manufacture chemical machinery, such as pump shells, containers, towers, flanges, etc. Also be used in circular speed 6 ~ 12m/s belt pulleys in which the working pressure of tubes is not too high.
