GB 1348 QT600-3 is ductile iron with medium and high strength, moderate toughness and plasticity.
It has high comprehensive properties, good abrasion resistance and vibration reduction, good casting process performance and other characteristics. Its properties can be modified by various heat treatments.
Application of GB 1348 QT600-3 ductile cast iron:
Mainly used for various types of mechanical parts employed in power machinery such as power machinery, crankshafts, camshafts, connecting shafts, connecting rods, gears, clutch discs, hydraulic cylinders etc.
According to the standard GB T 1348 1998, the cast iron foundries could adjust the chemical composition by themselves as long as the mechanical and physical properties of the castings could meet the requirements in Standards.
However, there is an approximate chemical composition range as the following. This range is just for reference, and can not be taken as the inspection yard.
