The Chemical Properties of JIS G5502 FCD400 Ductile Cast Iron:
No any requirement about chemistry in the JIS G5502 standard, but our Dandong Foundry will suggest the chemistry composition of JIS G5502 FCD400 according to our experience in casting industry. The chemical composition should just be reference, and will not be taken as quality inspection standard.

Remarks:
1. separate cast test sample A test sample casted per each batch by using a sand mold separated from iron castings.
2. cast-on test sample A test sample casted by sticking the same kind casting mold as iron casting to a specified position of the casting main body.
3. The letter "L" suffixed to the symbol of grade indicates that the corresponding grade shall have the specified impact strength at low temperature.
4. The letter "A" suffixed to the symbol of grade indicates that the properties are obtained on cast-on test sample.
